Buckwallow Cycling Centre
Part of the trail is on the historical Peterson Road and some of the old corduroy road is still visible. Families will appreciate the well-marked pathways that are wide enough to accommodate bikes and strollers.
There are six trails of various lengths from which to choose. Contrasts abound as marshland flora and fauna give way to meadow flowers. The KOA acres are home to blue herons, kingfishers and hawk. Moose and bear have been seen in the area too. To avoid di/nTurn right from Hwy 11 North onto Reay Road. Buckwallow is the name of the Trailhead located on the right. Please check in at the KOA as much of the trail is on their property… maps are available there too.
